Bishnu Bajaj
An IIM-A alumnus, and Chartered Accountant , Bishnu Bajaj is a visionary leader, having founded, led and mentored organizations across sectors. He is Co- founder of Auctus Group - And having group companies like Glocal Farms Pvt Ltd , Jayesh Logistics Pvt Ltd , RHMB India Pvt Ltd and others and enriches the firm with his unique vision and dynamic leadership. His passion project happens to be Prayatna Foundation - a non-profit growing by leaps and bounds, working in the field of Healthcare, Education and Women Empowerment. Having more than 18 years of experience in Core Industries - from Iron & Steel to Power and Transmission industry; is widely respected in the industry and has been decorated with many professional achievements.
Sanjay Kundaliya
A B.Com Honours graduate from St. Xavier’s College, Kolkata, his entrepreneurial journey has been nothing short of inspiring. From being an employee in the industry to starting JLPL with an eye on brilliant services and competitive pricing. With a focus on always seeking business opportunities and creating growth stories everything, under his leadership, JLPL has grown 10 times over the last couple of years, becoming the pioneer when it comes to logistics services in difficult terrain.
Rishi Maheshwari
Rishi, a post graduate in management and an IIT alumnus has a wide range of experience from investment banking with JP Morgan to start-up ecosystem like ZO Rooms; wherein he has played a key role in strategizing the expansion plan for the eastern zone. With his expertise in devising and debugging the backend operations framework, he is facilitating Glocal Farm’s endeavour of building next generation Agri-Commerce platforms.
Rashmi Bajaj
An interior designer with Degree from NIFD, Rashmi is catering to Interior Design and Project consultation for some of the most premium projects in Bengal. With the dedicated vision of bringing aesthetics and visual flair to workspaces, residential projects and Industry houses, Rashmi is making Bengal infrastructure ‘Beautiful’.
Alok Jain
Alok Jain, chartered accountant by qualification, is a seasoned entrepreneur and a social worker. With 18 years of professional experience in legal and financial advisory to medium and large corporates, he is very well recognized in the corporate market. Mr. Jain brings to team of Auctus Group; his sound prudence and financial analytics to drive the growth engine of all the firms.
Mithun Chakraborty
Mithun, a farmer by passion, brings with himself over 11 years of experience in fields related agricultural operations. With great on ground expertise, he has brought many of Glocal’s ideas to reality. His pleasantness has got us associated with over 500 farmers till date. He is spearheading the modernization of harvesting, cultivation and farm productivity.
Jayshree Jhanwar
Jayshree has more than 10 years of experience in the world of corporate finance and accounting. By profession, she is a Chartered Accountant as well as a Company Secretary. Currently playing a role of leadership with a team of more than 10 members in Jayesh Logistics Pvt Ltd.
Swagat Bose
An alumnus of IIM-Ahmedabad and Symbiosis Pune, Swagat is a professional with more than 11 years of experience in Education & Skill Development, Software and Agritech sector; as a key management position holder. He has executed nationwide projects in collaboration with Ministry of Skill Development & Entrepreneurship (MSDE), National Skill Development Corporation (NSDC), Ministry of Defense (MOD) and various State and Central Government bodies & PSUs. Having a strong outlook towards cross-geographic operations and technology implementation; Mr. Bose brings in his Techno-Operational expertise to all firms under Auctus Group.
Vineeta Maheshwari
Finance Head, Green Apple De, a practising CA with years of experience in tax consultancy, audit, company affairs. She has been driving the team with excellence in financial controls.
Akancha Agarwal
Akancha is an MBA Finance. A professional career spanning over more than 6 years with experience centered around product development in the BFSI space. She has extensive experience of working with cross functional teams and was awarded multiple times for her consistent performance. A passionate entrepreneur, she is actively involved in the promotion of entrepreneurship and contributing to society.
Archana Roy
Programme Manager, Prayatna Foundation A young & energetic individual with a zest to help our community and the people. With a very hands-on approach, she has been driving the organisation from the front with her expertise in liaison.
